Resulting from an agreement to acquire 50% of the company OMNI Handling by Groundforce Portugal, a partnership was formed aimed at providing ground handling services to passengers, aircraft and crew in the specific segment of executive aviation. With this agreement the companies assumed the commitment to channel all activity in this segment to Groundforce ONE.

Within this context, the operation of Aero Services Handling, a company in the OMNI Group and one of the main executive aviation handling operators in Le Bourget airport in Paris, the largest European airport in this segment, was thereby integrated into Groundforce ONE, constituting the first step towards the internationalisation of the business.

Groundforce ONE aims to become one of the largest European operators in the executive aviation business, providing its clients with an excellent service based on exclusivity, convenience, distinction and security.

Groundforce ONE, formed from an agreement between the OMNI Group and Groundforce Portugal, combines quality and a wide range of services in the area of executive aviation provided by OMNI, with over sixty years of Groundforce’s experience in providing ground handling for airlines.
